05/20/04 I ordered my Bridal Gown from you and received it a week ago and I am so very pleased! It came in a month early, and it's absolutely beautiful! When I found it at a local bridal shop it had been tried on so many times that the zipper was broken, the train didn't attach properly, and it didn't look so clean! But I knew it was "the dress", but there was no way I was going to be able to afford a $1400.00 dress! I saved just under 50% by purchasing my gown from you. Because of Netbride I'm able to have the dress of my dreams and still be able to afford the rest of the wedding! 05/12/04 I received my four bridesmaids dresses a few days ago and they are perfect! I was ecstatic that they arrived in about one and a half months, and they turned out even better than I had hoped for. 4/24/04 I am so very pleased with the services you provided me and my bridesmaids. I must say that I was slightly nervous with ordering something as precious as my bridesmaids' dresses from a company online. My dad also tried to discourage me. However, after looking at the website and the guarantees that you offer, it eased my mind greatly. A bridal shop in my area was going to charge $210 for the dresses I ordered. But, each of my bridesmaids saved over $40 ... money that they could use to buy shoes!! I am so pleased, everything arrived as I was promised and in impeccable condition and order. 1/22/04 Hi Nora - I just wanted to send a note to you to tell you what exemplary service I have received from Kristianne. I first spoke to her a few weeks ago and ordering bridesmaid dresses and matching fabric to have junior bridesmaid dresses made. After some research only to learn that the chiffon was available, but the matching liner was not. So, after considering multiple options, the dress was switched to a different designer's dress with a matching Jr. Bridesmaid dress - of course the website did not show the Jr. dress I liked being available in the right color, so she researched that for me. Then, I added a flower girl dress into the order and started asking a million questions about that. Kristianne always sounds happy to help on the phone, she always promptly and completely answers my calls and my questions (we often play phone tag since I travel for work), and never seems to mind my seemingly endless stream of questions about dresses, sizes, shipping, time of delivery, etc that I keep throwing at her. She has made this experience a GREAT one for me - which in today's world, is saying a lot. I have ordered many bridesmaid dresses, and have never encountered such a friendly and helpful person. She should be commended for going above and beyond and giving 110%.

12/14/03 NetBride, you are the best! My dress arrived today, and it's beautiful ... exactly as I pictured it! I wasn't sure about ordering online, but when no one could even find a price quote for me, I almost gave up on my dream dress. It was a dress that I saw in a bridal magazine 4 years ago when my sister got married. After months of trying to find a similar style, I found ONE manufacturer who made a dress very close to the one in the magazine. Then it took another 2-3 months of trying to find someone who could order the dress from this manufacturer. The bridal salons told me they would, but they'd have to charge me extra, and I'd have to wait 6-8 months for it to arrive. I found a web site on the internet, but they took almost 2 weeks to reply to my email, and said that they could not order my dress because the manufacturer was not one that they usually ordered from. Then I found you guys. I got a price quote for 2 wedding dresses within 48 hours, ordered the dress I wanted, and have it at home now. And it arrived earlier than planned! Even though I placed the two orders separately they both arrived on the same day and well before the delivery date that you had given me. One thing I was a little worried about was, I had to change my delivery address about three weeks after I placed both orders. But that didn't slow you guys down at all. 7/06/03 My gown arrived and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I could not wait to try it on and am very pleased with the way it fits and the quality of the dress. It was packaged so nicely too, especially with the protective hanging bag it was suggested I buy. I would like to add that I chose to purchase my gown through Netbride because of a friend's recommendation. She had bought her wedding gown through your online store a couple of years ago. When I told her I was considering ordering over the internet because I needed to save money, she strongly recommended I visit the Netbride site and explained how wonderful her buying experience was with your store. Of course, I was hesitant, but trusted her recommendation enough to try it. I have to tell you how wonderful it has been to be able to purchase the gown I wanted at a price within my fiancé's and my budget, with outstanding and professional customer service each step of the way. Everyone has been so responsive to any concerns we had and willing to do whatever it took to resolve them. I ordered my wedding gown at the end of March on a rush delivery for my June wedding. It arrived exactly as promised, delivered in perfect condition by UPS. It is even more beautiful than its picture on your website. And amazingly, it fits almost perfectly and will require only very minor alterations. Since my first contact with Netbride, I have been met with the utmost in customer satisfaction...professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, prompt response to inquiries, and the often overlooked quality of simply being nice. Your staff has squelched any concerns that I initially had about purchasing my wedding dress via the internet. Trying to buy the dress of one's dreams without going over budget, or to avoid the persistent and rude sales ladies who try to cajole you to go "without" in one area of your wedding plans so that you can afford the dress that is twice or three times more than you had planned to spend, is, suffice to say, daunting. The whole experience is stressing and, personally, left me vowing to never enter another salon. 1/23/03 Hi, I got my dress about a week ago and it is perfect! I have to be very honest and say I was a little nervous about buying online since it is a very important purchase but after I was you were a member of the BBB it gave me some reassurance and the letters from other consumers made me feel good about buying here as well (although I was kind of skeptical if they were real or not, but now I am sure that they are). I did look at other websites and some local bridal shops as well and compared to the local bridal shops. I saved well over $300.00! The approximate prices for alterations you sent with my dress was very helpful as well. I did find one website that offered the same dress for $20.00 less then your website but I decided against buying from them since I couldn't find much information about them at all (except they were based out of New York). And I am so glad I didn't buy from them because a few months ago I went to go look at their website again and they were no longer in business! 1/20/03 My bridesmaids dresses arrived yesterday and I must say I am thrilled. I ordered my wedding dress from you, a beautiful gown, about this time last year, thinking the site sounded too good to be true and I should order early incase there were any problems. There were none at all, my gown is gorgeous and even more than I expected. So I turned to you again for my bridesmaids gowns, and they are perfect. And again, even better than I expected.
